Position Title: Support Analyst (non Technical)

Required Skill Sets:
- A FINRA Screening will be conducted by cilent as an onboarding requirement for this candidate to start in this role. - Must be able to pass a FINRA.
- Manager is looking for someone who has strong customer service skills and understands how to navigate browsers.
- Resumes SHOULD NOT be technical for this position.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Strong customer service skills are REQUIRED!
