Position Title: Support Analyst (non Technical)

Job Location:  Radnor PA

Required Skill Sets:
  • A FINRA Screening will be conducted by cilent as an onboarding requirement for this candidate to start in this role. - Must be able to pass a FINRA.
  • Manager is looking for someone who has strong customer service skills and understands how to navigate browsers.   
  • Resumes SHOULD NOT be technical for this position.

Job Description:
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Strong customer service skills are REQUIRED!
