Job Description:
Looking for Epic Business Data Architects to work on an Epic Refuel project as a part of the Analytics department of a large health system. The Epic Business Data Architects will help this organization to bridge the gap with what is changing in their workflow and applications, and their Epic reporting landscape.
This person will analyze the differences that will happen with the Epic Refuel project, and how BI reports would be affected by the changes. This person will identify what data they would miss out on with the proposed changes on the application side.
The consultant will work closely with the Data Quality Office and the Head of that department.
This person may do some report building, but the emphasis of the position will be more focused on how to improve data quality, and track changes to the data.
Requirements:
Looking for people with both Epic reporting and Epic Application background, with strong project management skills.
In addition to Epic experience, this person must have a mindset to look at business and clinical processes.
Epic Application certifications required. Ideally looking for one resource certified in Epic Rev Cycle Applications, one in Epic Clinical Applications, and one in Epic Access applications (or could hire 1 with both Rev Cycle / Access and 2 with Clinical)
The ideal candidate will most likely be certified in Epic BI applications as well. The profile recommended by Epic is a candidate that is currently Epic Data Model certified, and was an Apps Analyst in the past
