Job Description
Position: Business Systems Analyst, Workday Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Duration: 6+ months
Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be the Lead on the Workday LMS implementation. They will work with business stakeholders to understand workflow and gather requirements. This position reports up to the IT team and will work closely with the ERP team
Strong background on Learning
EIB, Reporting, integration, Security
Prefers candidates that have done an end to end implementation
Should be knowledgeable on business process workflow including the on boarding process and ‘hire to retire’ process flow
Targeting 7+ years Workday experience
Targeting a Principle Level resource – lead others and have strong Workday experience - Integrations, functional, security, technical, workday implementation – end to end project deliverables
Good knowledge of onboarding and hire to retire workflow
Strong communication skills and ability to talk to the business
Work directly with the Development IT team– IT ERP team, workday – project work operational support for product
Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products
Ability to facilitate meetings with senior leaders and cross functional groups
Advanced documentation skills
Mentoring and teaching of staff
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Knowledge of Business Analyst Best practices
Education & Experience:
Required Education: Bachelors of/in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other Health Care related field
Required Experience:
Workday Learning - 2+ years
Relevant experience (2-5 years) within a healthcare environment.
Relevant Information Systems analyst experience (3-5 years)
