We are hiring and training individuals for a Client Delivery Specialist role for support on one of our major Clients in the Boston area.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the Client and Recruiting relationships across the company
  • Client communication and coordination regarding new open positions, candidate interview scheduling, consultant details, etc. 
  • Administrative operations for vendor managed programs - supporting Account Management responsibilities.
  • Fielding outgoing and incoming calls from job seekers
  • Fielding outgoing and incoming calls from clients
  • Providing customer support to Recruiters, Clients, Consultants, Candidates and the Account Manager.
  • Set appointments and meetings for Senior Account Managers
  • Respond to Recruiting and Account management needs quickly and efficiently
  • Update database entries/maintain job records
  • Other duties, as assigned


Here is what you need to succeed:
  • Ability to work in the Boston (State Street)  office daily
  • Must have professional presentation skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work with others within a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
  • Very quick and efficient - strong ability to manage details accurately
  • Bachelor' s Degree – Required
  • Master Degree Preferred
