Position: Epic Cogito Project Manager Location: Greater Boston area, MA – Hybrid Duration: 15 months to start

Certified & Hands-on expertise with EPIC Cogito Analytics and overall understanding of Data & Analytics platforms/Data Warehouses.
Excellent project management, task tracking and project related content creation capabilities working with Leadership and Business Intelligence Developers.
As an Epic Analytics Project Manager specialized in Epic Cogito, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to improve patient care, streamline operations, and enhance the overall healthcare experience.
You will be responsible for overseeing complex analytics projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your expertise in Epic Cogito to drive actionable insights.
Day to Day Tasks:
The PM would be overseeing the day to day activities related to Cogito reporting including the task management, analytics program management, working with the ABM’s, EPIC Team and directors to make sure defined tasks are completed and milestones are met.
They need to be well versed both in PM skills and EPIC cogito modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Epic Cogito Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic Cogito, providing guidance on data modeling, report development, and data extraction strategies.
Data Analysis: Utilize your deep understanding of Epic Cogito to analyze complex healthcare data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that support decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand their data needs and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Epic Cogito to visualize data and make it accessible to end-users.
Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the analytics process, implementing data governance best practices.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics projects, including data sources, methodologies, and outcomes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to effectively use Epic Cogito-generated insights.
Vendor Relations: Collaborate with Epic Systems and other vendors to stay up-to-date with Cogito enhancements and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics and Epic Cogito to recommend improvements and optimizations.
