This company is seeking a Business Analyst to be responsible for providing basic to moderately complex information and analysis to support overall management of a business unit/department.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists in analysis of potential acquisitions, including due diligence, data compilation and analysis. Works with sensitive information to provide timely findings in a meaningful and concise manner.

Collaborates with FMCNA compliance, business development, and financial planning and analysis to prepare a summary of findings to assist senior level management in making acquisition decisions. Assists in policy improvement projects e.g. updating the Company’ s Approval Authority schedule and technical accounting policies as needed. Assists in process improvement projects within the company. This could include researching, collecting data and information, analysis of current processes, or implementation assistance. Works independently or in a team for specified projects. Analyzes evidence, reaches conclusions, and presents suggestions for improvement. Participates in the preparation of formal and informal written communication with operational and financial management. Builds productive working relationships. Other duties and projects as assigned. 

  • 1-3 years of work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or other finance-related position. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational/communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams. Must be a team player and work well in a group. Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or ESRD billing and reimbursement a plus. 
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor' s degree (major in Finance or Accounting preferred) 1-3 years related experience required.
