Job Description
  • Desktop Support
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Ability to work on your own, while reporting back to team leader/ manager on any issues or concerns in a timely fashion
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, and ability to provide white glove service to customers
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to productivity
  • Proficiency in building and deploying desktops and laptops. Preferably familiarity with SCCM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (O365) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype)
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 O/S
  • Experience in Windows 10 O/S and Microsoft Office 365 upgrades and rollouts
  • Familiarity with SCCM application installation
  • 1 - 3 Years’ experience in direct end user support including Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
