Position: Network Administrator
Location: Springfield, MA – Hybrid Onsite
Job Type: Contract

Job Description
  • As part of our Enterprise Infrastructure team, this position provides implementation and technical support for all aspects of central network and communication systems and services. 
  • This position also has responsibility for operational procedures and documentation, and assists with the planning and coordination of work tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive working knowledge and technical experience with enterprise communications hardware and software architectures, with a keen ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair communications systems and resolve network and communication systems issues and problems.
  • We have a Juniper network and Juniper (Mist) Wifi.  So, experience with Juniper’s Junos and preferably Juniper Network certification. 

Experience & Education
  • Earned Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience
  • At least two years of progressively responsible technical experience supporting network and communication technologies and applications
  • Working knowledge of network and communication technologies and standard protocols
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively, efficiently, and independently
  • Junos and Linux systems administration a plus
