Job Description
The Digital Value Realization Portfolio Lead will support assigned Lines of Business; responsible for ensuring the Portfolio aligns to committed targets. This role includes consulting on digital service opportunities and oversight of Value realization for active work. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the business nuances, demonstrated ability to partner, attention to detail combined, and the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Role Description
  • Establish working relationships with Lines of Business and across IT to drive utilization of Digital services. Services will be leveraged to create portfolio pipeline into assigned LoB
  • Partner with Business Leaders (Product Owners, etc.) to educate and implement Value Realization structure, facilitate request for funding and checkpoints throughout the work lifecycle. (related to CBA, Business Outcomes, KPI tracking, Risks, etc.)
  • Establish strong working relationship with Business Project Owners and other Functional Project Managers aligned with business execution to reinforce the value of governance and support delivery success.
  • Accountable for production of multiple Digital Portfolio reports and associated data gathering
  • Accountable for ensuring readiness of value realization processes
  • Escalate appropriate dependencies, risks, issues and communications

  • 10+ years of Project Management - ideally execution, agile and governance roles
  • Executed with SDLC, Iterative, Agile and CI methodologies
  • Insurance operations experience - business functions and processes, business transaction systems
  • Experience related to automation of manual functions - IVR, Web, Straight Thru processing, Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation, OCR,
  • Experience with transformational initiatives (any type) that significantly changes an environment
