Position:  Technical Project Manager / Release Manager
Location: Waltham - Hybrid remote/onsite
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 mo + extensions

Job Description:
Looking for a Technical PM / Release Manager to manage production systems and deal with incidents, performance, and vendors.

• Will look into their top issues with their production systems, do analysis, coordinate info, and share findings of statistics such as response time, types of recurring issues, etc.
• This person will help facilitate and prioritize the work.
• Help make operational adjustments where necessary
• Will work with off and on shore developers to troubleshoot issues.
• This person will manage the work and provide prioritization and organization around the production systems.
• Release management – this person will watch the schedule and help to push along fixes when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with Release Management, Change process, DevOps
• Experience with incident management
• ITIL a plus, not required. Ability to help implement best practices and standardize processes globally
• IT savvy, able to learn the systems. Tech skills a plus
• Med device a plus, not required
• Well organized
• Strong experience with Excel and PPT
