Looking for a .NET developer to work on a new product in our IT healthcare division. This position will be responsible for architecting, modifying, and creating web applications and workflow solutions that integrate with other software packages and Banking Applications. This role will provide technical direction, maintenance, and support.  This role will be responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementing complex applications. Assigned tasks must be accomplished accurately and timely to effectively meet the goals of the job. This role will work directly with multiple IT areas, a highly skilled development team and business partners.
 
Job Summary
 
The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for architecting, modifying, and creating web applications and workflow solutions that integrate with other software packages and Banking Applications. This role will provide technical direction, maintenance, and support. 

Essential Functions
  • Analyze, design, and develop complex applications without assistance in an Agile environment
  • Write unit, integration, load and stress testing within a defined structure and environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers, application managers, infrastructure teams and other engineers to achieve product and team goals
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ability to provide and use recommended SQL Best Practices
  • Responsible for architecting, modifying and creating web applications and workflow solutions that integrate with other software packages and Banking Applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
 
  • Strong understanding of developing solutions in C#, ASP.NET
  • Advanced development experience with SQL Server, including advanced understanding of relational database concepts and design
  • Ability to visualize and translate business needs into technological solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relations with customers and peers
  • Desire and ability to mentor, share skills, knowledge, and expertise
  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision within a defined Agile SDLC
  • Knowledge of developing and supporting software in financial services or health care industries
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook  
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 7+ years with software development and automation experience required
  • Experience HIPAA transaction processing, automation of services for operations, and launching/supporting a home-grown organic product (not vended), lockbox service experience required
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core, Lean/Agile methodologies and unit tests preferred
