We are looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for questions and issues from our physicians, practice office staff, and internal staff relating to EPIC Ambulatory EHR and will assist via email, phone, and remote support tools. Candidate must have a fundamental understanding of Epic Ambulatory applications and be able to resolve application related questions and issues. EPIC and healthcare experience strongly preferred. Must be self-motivated, willing to assist on other projects as necessary, and have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
