Required Skill Sets:
Hours 8-5 during training then may shift. We provide support until 7PM. Anything outside of 8-5 will be after the person is fully trained and agrees to the late shift.
Manager is looking for someone who has an has strong customer service skills and understand how to navigate browsers. Resumes SHOULD NOT be technical for this position.
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Strong customer service skills are REQUIRED!
