The Telephony Coordinator role will be responsible for managing a telephony system implementation across multiple hospitals, clinics, and acquired locations. This coordinator role will be responsible for gathering data on the present system, and developing a deployment plan for the implementation of the new system.
- Traveling to the local sites to gather and document information. creating an inventory of the existing system, including:
- Creating the deployment plan for the new telephone implementation
- Utilizing the data gathered from the existing system inventory, create a detailed deployment plan and schedule
- As part of the planning, at times this role will need to create service tickets for the Engineering team
